I will be registering tomorrow for the 1st half of SF and I will be joined by my sister and her daughter who will be flying in from England to run their first ever Half Marathon!!! I told them we had to run the Golden Gate Bridge!!! I can’t wait! I had a great time last year and this year it will be a family affair! maybe I can even persuade my son to run with us!!! See you there!!!
I joined the SF Marathon training group in Jan to learn how to run with what looked like a great group. I’m very happy with the program though I wish they had some weekday morning runs. I also joined Weight Watchers in Jan. I’ve had good sucess dropping a pound or more each week.
I’d live some other book recomendations to expand on the topic.
